Zvýšení šancí na získání kvalitního a stabilního zaměstnání absolventům středních škol, kteří se nechystají pokračovat ve vzdělávacím procesu. Realizace zahraničních stáží s cílem vytrhnout mladé lidi ze stávajícího sociálního prostředí a posílit tak jejich sebedůvěru a samostatnost, ale i zvýšit jejich jazykové a pracovní dovednosti.
