Cílem projektu je stanovit a propojit poslání a strategické plánování s operativním řízením organizace Centrum MARTIN o.p.s., stabilizovat financování, zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců, zefektivnit provoz a vytvořit lepší podmínky a služby pro klienty.Pro dosažení stanovených cílů rámci projektu vznikne řada strategických a řídících dokumentů, které zefektivní a zformalizují jednotlivé procesy organizace a bude realizována řada školení a prezentací dobré praxe pro zaměstnance žadatele. The aim of the project is to establish and link the mission and strategic planning with the operational management of Centrum MARTIN o.p.s., to stabilise funding, to increase satisfaction and motivation of employees, to streamline operation and create better conditions and services for clients.To achieve the objectives of the project, a number of strategic and management documents will be created, which will streamline the organisation’s processes and create a number of trainings and presentations of good practice for the applicant’s employees.
