    Projekt řeší zajištění terénního zázemí prostřednictvím 2 automobilů a potřebného informačně komunikačního vybavení ke zvýšení místní i časové flexibility pracovníků sociálních služeb odborného sociálního poradenství a pečovatelské služby v Jirkově a okolních obcích. Cílovou skupinou jsou osoby se zdravotním postižením, osoby sociálně vyloučené a tímto ohrožené, pro které realizací projektu budou sociální služby dostupnější a to místně i časově. (Czech)
