Projekt řeší dosavadní neefektivní využívání lidských zdrojů a absenci podpory manažerských dovedností vedoucích pracovníků. V rámci projektu proběhnou školení zaměřená na finanční řízení, HR aktivity a audit sociálních služeb. Formou mentoringu či metodického vedení budou zaměstnanci podpořeni ve svých profesních činnostech. Vznikne nový strategický plán, na kterém se bude podílet většina zaměstnanců organizace. (Czech)

The project addresses the current inefficient use of human resources and the absence of support for managerial skills of managers. Trainings focused on financial management, HR activities and audit of social services will take place within the project. In the form of mentoring or methodological guidance, employees will be supported in their professional activities. A new strategic plan will be created, involving most of the employees of the organisation. (English)
