Projekt se zaměřuje na dlouhodobou podporu cílových skupin. Jeho cílem je zvýšení dostupnosti motivačních, psychoterapeutických a poradenských služeb pro určené CS. Aktivity vedou k zmírnění znevýhodnění těchto osob spojené s jejich hendikepem nebo s poskytováním neformální péče. Toto znevýhodnění způsobuje potíže při znovuzačlenění do společnosti a potenciálně na pracovní trh. Cílová skupina vzejde z oblasti Středočeského kraje s největším dopadem na území MAS Podlipansko. The project focuses on long-term support of target groups. Its aim is to increase the availability of motivational, psychotherapy and advisory services for designated CS. Activities lead to mitigation of the disadvantages of these people associated with their handicap or the provision of informal care. This disadvantage causes difficulties in reintegration into society and potentially into the labour market. The target group will emerge from the Central Bohemian Region with the greatest impact on the territory of the Podlipansko LAG. (English)
