    Projekt je zaměřen na aktualizaci stávajícího Komunitního plánu sociálních služeb regionu Brdy-Vltava, jehož planost vyprší rokem 2017. Cílem projektu je aktualizovat analytickou část dokumentu a na jejím základě definovat priority v oblasti rozvoje sociálních a návazných služeb pro období dalších 5 let. V projektu se zaměříme na ověření případného deficitu služeb v území, na oblast sociálního začleňování osob ohrožených soc. vyloučením a rovněž na efektivní provazbu sociálních a zdrav. služeb.     The project is focused on updating the existing Community plan of social services of the Brdy-Vltava region, the plan of which expires in 2017. The aim of the project is to update the analytical part of the document and define priorities for the development of social and follow-up services for the next 5 years. In the project we will focus on verifying the potential deficit of services in the territory, the area of social inclusion of persons at risk of exclusion, as well as the effective link between social and health services.
