Základním cílem projektu je pořízení a dodání HW prvků pro rozšíření IT infrastruktury MS2014+, toto rozšíření se týká hlavně navýšení diskových kapacit a kapacit pro zálohování.Projekt přímo navazuje na realizovaný projekty OPTP z programového období 2007-2013: CZ.1.08/2.1.00/14.00353 HW a SW vybavení pro záložní pracoviště Aplikace MS2014+ a CZ.1.08/2.1.00/13.00163 Pořízení HW platformy a Infrastruktury serverovny pro MS2014+ .
