Předmětem projektu je vytvořit a zavést do praxe strategii rozvoje úřadu, jako účinný nástroj pro zefektivnění řízení organizace - MěÚ Kutná Hora. The aim of the project is to develop and implement the Authority’s development strategy as an effective tool for streamlining the management of the organisation – MěÚ Kutná Hora. The main objective of the project is to ensure appropriate conditions and prerequisites for the development, improvement and efficiency of activities within the delegated and separate responsibilities of the municipal authority, including reducing administrative burdens.
