Projekt se zabývá nastavením a realizací interdisciplinární spolupráce zainteresovaných subjektů (soudci, zaměstnanci krajského úřadu, pracovníci OSPOD, zástupci rodinných poraden a mediátorů), v oblasti péče o ohrožené děti a řešení rodičovských konfliktů. Cílem projektu je pak změna způsobu vedení opatrovnických sporů ve věci nezletilých dětí s důrazem na uplatňování principů Cochemského modelu. Projekt bude pilotně ověřen v soudním regionu Nový Jičín. (Czech)

The project deals with the setting up and implementation of interdisciplinary cooperation of stakeholders (judges, employees of the regional office, OSPOD staff, representatives of family counselors and mediators), in the field of child care and resolution of parental conflicts. The aim of the project is to change the method of conducting custody disputes over underage children with an emphasis on the application of the Cochem model principles. The project will be piloted in the judicial region of Nový Jičín. (English)
