Záměr žadatele EDUhelp přispěje k naplnění cíle SC 2.1 vybudováním dostupného nájemního sociálního bydlení v sociálně vyloučené lokalitě Novojičínska. Projekt je zaměřen na pořízení a rekonstrukci bytového domu s celkovou kapacitou 4 bytů, určených k nájemnímu sociálnímu bydlení až pro 8 osob. Tři byty jsou zařazeny do kategorie 2+kk a jeden 1+kk. Realizací projektu dojde k nárůstu kapacity sociálních bytů o 8 lůžek. Bytový dům splňuje podmínky výzvy IROP. (Czech)

The applicant’s intention EDUhelp will contribute to the fulfilment of the SC 2.1 target by building available rental social housing in the socially excluded locality of Novojičínska. The project is focused on the acquisition and reconstruction of an apartment with a total capacity of 4 flats intended for renting social housing for up to 8 people. Three apartments are categorised as 2 + kk and one 1 + kk. The implementation of the project will increase the capacity of social flats by 8 beds. The apartment building meets the conditions of the IROP call. (English)
