Podpoříme aktivní sociální začleňování a zlepšení zaměstnatelnosti pacientů léčebny závislostí v Červeném dvoře. Pomocí modulárního vzdělávacího a poradenského programu propojeného s terapeutickým procesem v léčebně pomůže 180 klientům v nebagatelním a dalším 320 v bagatelním rozsahu. Důraz klademe na individuální přístup a participaci klienta. Projektem podpoříme vyšší úspěšnost léčby závislostí a cílené praktické kroky klienta po jeho odchodu z léčebny. (Czech)

We will support active social inclusion and improved employability of patients with addiction treatments in the Red Court. By means of a modular educational and advisory programme connected with the therapeutic process in the hospital, it will help 180 clients in a non-bagable and another 320 in a detractable extent. We place emphasis on individual approach and participation of the client. Through the project we will support higher success rate of addiction treatment and targeted practical steps of the client after leaving the hospital. (English)
