The project focuses on supporting activities leading to the use of shared care for persons dependent on the assistance of other individuals, especially seniors, both through the education of informal carers implemented by care providers, and by creating an interdisciplinary concept of a system of comprehensive formal and informal care (shared care), which will be efficiently used by all actors, such as formal (soc. healthy.) and informal care, public administration (municipality and employment offices) and others.
