Komunitní centrum bude sídlit v budově č.p. 216, která je vlastnictví Farnosti Chocně. 2. podlaží slouží jako byt kněze ale zázemí v 1. podlaží je nedostatečné a zchátralé, v 1. poddlaží je vlhkost,sociální zařízení není bezbariérové a chybí přednášková místnost. Objekt je v centru města a je zde proto silný potenciál, že bude hojně navštěvován. Centrum bude sloužit především obyvatelům města Choceň, ale jistě ho využijí i občané spádových obcí. (Czech)

The community center will be located in building no. 216, which is owned by the Chocně Parish. The 2nd floor serves as a priest’s apartment but the background on the 1st floor is insufficient and dilapidated, in the 1st floor there is moisture, the social facilities are not barrier-free and the lecture room is missing. The building is in the center of the city and there is therefore a strong potential that it will be widely visited. The center will serve mainly the inhabitants of the town of Choceň, but it will certainly also be used by citizens of the catchment areas. (English)
