Projekt je zaměřen na rekonstrukci bytové jednotky za účelem vzniku sociálního bytu. Sociální byt se základním vybavením bude určen pro osoby v bytové nouzi na území města Skuteč. Rekonstruovaný byt se nachází zastavěné lokalitě s občanskou vybaveností na Palackého náměstí, č. p. 377. Tato lokalita nevede k segregaci cílové skupiny. (Czech)

The project is focused on the reconstruction of the housing unit in order to create a social apartment. A social apartment with basic equipment will be designed for persons in need of housing in the territory of the town of Skutč. Reconstructed apartment is located built locality with civic amenities on Palacký Square, no. p. 377. This location does not lead to the segregation of the target group. (English)
