Společnost EC - TECH a.s. si uvědomuje význam svých zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru úspěšnosti firmy. Aby se zaměstnanci mohli úspěšně adaptovat na nově vzniklé potřeby trhu, je potřeba jim umožnit odborný růst. Toho bude dosaženo pomocí vzdělávacích aktivit, kterých se zúčastní celkem 46 osob z jednotlivých skupin zaměstnanců. Vzdělávání bude realizováno externími dodavateli a zkušenými lektory. (Czech)

EC – TECH a.s. realises the importance of its employees as a key factor in the success of the company. In order for employees to be able to adapt successfully to the emerging needs of the market, they need to be able to grow professionally. This will be achieved through educational activities involving a total of 46 people from individual groups of employees. The training will be realised by external suppliers and experienced lecturers.
