Projekt se zabývá vyhotovením digitálního povodňového plánu a vybudování funkčního moderního systému varování a vyrozumívání před povodňovým nebezpečím ve správním území města Hradec nad Moravicí. V rámci projektu bude vytvořen nový hlásný profil kategorie C i srážkoměr. Obyvatelstvo bude před nebezpečím varováno prostřednictvím hlásných míst s reproduktory. Projekt je koncipován jako neziskový, vychází z reálného cíle a je trvale udržitelný. (Czech)

The project deals with the preparation of a digital flood plan and the construction of a functional modern warning system and notification of flood hazards in the administrative territory of Hradec nad Moravicí. Within the project will be created a new reporting profile of category C and precipitation meter. The population will be warned of the danger through loudspeakers. The project is conceived as a non-profit, based on a real objective and sustainable. (English)
