Projekt je zaměřen na nezaměstnané Olomoucké aglomerace, kteří jsou starší 50 let. Tito lidé často bilancují svůj dosavadní život a hledají nové profesní uplatnění, neboť původní profesi z různých důvodů už nemohou vykonávat. Někdy odejdou z původního zaměstnání a kvůli svému věku nemohou vhodnou práci najít. Zaměstnavatelé nemají o tuto skupinu zájem, neboť v tomto věku se snižuje výkonnost člověka po všech stránkách. The project focuses on unemployed Olomouc agglomerations, who are over 50 years old. These people often balance their lives to date and seek new professional employment, because they can no longer pursue the original profession for various reasons. Sometimes they leave their original job and because of their age they can't find the right job. Employers are not interested in this group, as at this age the performance of a person is reduced in all respects. (English)
