Vzhledem k tomu, že se firma rozvíjí a plánuje vyšší produkci a není v současné době schopna z kapacitních důvodů pokrýt všechny poptávky, bylo rozhodnuto o zakoupení objektu vhodného k rekonstrukci.Jedná se o objekt, jenž byl původně vystavěn k účelu provozování mlýna a pily, následně mandlu, bělidla a poté tkalcovny.
