Cílem projektu je vybudování 4 sociálních bytů (2 x 3+kk, 2 x 2+kk) v budově bývalé základní školy v obci Šubířov. Díky tomu bude moci žadatel, tedy obec Šubířov, rozšířit v rámci obce a jejího přilehlého okolí cenově dostupné nájemní bydlení osobám sociálně vyloučeným nebo tímto vyloučením ohroženým, osobám v bytové nouzi. Projekt má dále za cíl přispět k rozvoji služeb pro občany obce, k prevenci negativních projevů sociálního vyloučení a k smysluplnému použití nevyužívaných prostor. a. (Czech)
