Předmětem projektu jsou stavební práce a úpravy stávajícího bytového domu č.p.175 na parc.č. st.475 v k.ú. Opatov. Tyto práce budou zaměřeny zejména na zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností obálky budovy za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti. Dalším aspektem regenerace tohoto BD bude dílčí zlepšení jeho užitných vlastností, které spočívá v úpravě částečně zapuštěných lodžií, regeneraci a rekonstrukci klempířských, zámečnických a jiných konstrukcí, okapových chodníků, oken v 1.PP apod. The object of the project is construction works and modifications of the existing apartment building no. 175 to parc. no. 475 v k.ú. It’s Opatov. These work will focus mainly on improving the thermal-technical properties of the building envelope in order to reduce energy performance. Another aspect of the regeneration of this BD will be a partial improvement of its utility properties, consisting of the modification of partially recessed loggias, regeneration and reconstruction of timber, locksmith’s and other structures, gutter walkways, windows in the 1stPP, etc. (English)
