Předmětný objekt vykazuje ve stávajícím stavu vysokou energetickou náročnost, která se odráží ve vysokých provozních nákladech. Cílem projektu je snížení nákladů na vytápění v objektu. Snížení energetické náročnosti bude dosaženo zateplením vnějších obvodových stěn a střechy. Pokles nákladů bude mít příznivých ekonomický dopad jak na vlastníka objektu tak na nájemce. (Czech)
