Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu v ul. Příkopy 38 v Hostouni, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnostibudovy je navrženo zateplení obvodových stěn včetně soklu. Dále bude provedena celková rekonstrukce lodžií a jejich zateplení a bude provedena výměna původních oken a balkonových dveří za nová plastová. (Czech)

The object of the project is the construction of the building of the apartment building in ul. Ditches 38 in Hostouni, in order to reduce the energy performance of the object. To reduce the energy intensity of the building is designed to insulate the perimeter walls, including the plinth. In addition, a complete reconstruction of loggias and their insulation will be carried out and the original windows and balcony doors will be replaced with new plastic doors. (English)
