Cílem projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti objektu č. p. 400 na Ostravici, okres Frýdek-Místek. Jedná se o bytový dům v centru obce, obdélníkového půdorysu o třech NP a jednom PP, který je zastřešen mansardovou střechou. Dům obsahuje 9 bytů a v 1. NP se nachází informační centrum a kadeřnictví. V rámci rekonstrukce objektu dojde k zlepšení tepelně-technických parametrů stavebních konstrukcí pomocí zateplení obvodového pláště, mansard, stropu, soklu, výměny střešní krytiny a výměny oken.
