Předmětem projektu je vybudování nového parkovacího domu ve městě Benešov. Parkovací dům bude obsahovat celkem 181 parkovacích míst pro motorová vozidla a 50 míst pro jízdní kola. Bude mít tři nadzemní podlaží s možností parkování i na střeše. Dům bude vybudován na místě současného chátrajícího a nevyužívaného překladiště, které se nachází v těsné blízkosti vlakového i autobusového nádraží Benešov u Prahy. (Czech)
