Projekt Zateplení a výměna oken MŠ Hornická řeší snížení energetické náročnosti MŠ, která bude provedena zateplením pláště budovy, výměnou otvorových výplní a instalací 24ks Fve panelů (zisk el.energie) a soustavy 8ks Fve panelů (příprava TV).
