Předložená projektová dokumentace obsahuje a řeší 1.etapu projektu výstavby společného objektu Obecního úřadu a Mateřské školky , tedy pouze novostavbu Obecního úřadu v obci Písečná v pasivním standartu. Změnou stavby před dokončením je ošetřena předpokládaná etapizace stavby (1.etapa OÚ, 2. etapa MŠ) s tím, že navržené konstrukční řešení výstavby objektu tuto etapizaci umožňuje. Dispozici objektu Obecního úřadu tvoří 2 kanceláře, zádveří, archiv, tech. zázemí a bezbariérové WC pro veřejnost. (Czech)

The submitted project documentation contains and addresses the 1st stage of the project of construction of a common building of the Municipal Office and Kindergarten, i.e. only a new building of the Municipal Office in the village Písečná under passive standard. The projected phase of the construction (1st stage OÚ, 2nd stage of the kindergarten) is treated by the change of the construction before completion, with the proposed construction solution for the construction of the building permitting this phaseisation. The building of the Municipal Office consists of 2 offices, doors, archives, technical facilities and a barrier-free toilet for the public. (English)
