Záměr projektu řeší výstavbu vodní plochy v podobě tůně (pozemková p. č. 1356 v k.ú. Mirotice), která bude zastávat funkci vodohospodářskou, ochranářskou a krajinotvornou. Plánovaná výstavba tůně splňuje zamýšlené cíle, a to zvýšení retenční schopnosti lokality a vznik vhodného biotopu pro vzácnější druhy rostlin a živočichů.Přínosem plánované akce bude zlepšení vodního režimu silně degradovaných ploch v lokalitě Bílé potoky, a to tvorbou středně velké průtočné tůně.
