Cílem projektu je posílit kapacitu a profesionalizaci Národní rady osob se zdravotním postižením ČR a to prostřednictvím vytvoření systému strategického rozvoje, fundraisingu, vytvoření plánu lidských zdrojů, marketingového plánu a rozvoje služeb. V rámci projektu se budeme věnovat především rozvoji pracovníků prostřednictvím vzdělávání ať již v manažerských dovednostech tak odborných znalostech. V rámci projektu bude pilotně ověřena PR kampaň. (Czech)
