Projekt si klade za cíl napomoci mezinárodní mobilitě znevýhodněné mládeže, konkrétně mladým osobám do 30 let se zdravotním postižením z Moravskoslezského kraje (uchazeči o zaměstnání - UoZ).V rámci projektu je pro ně plánován komplex vzájemně provázaných aktivit kladoucích důraz na individuální přístup k účastníkům a odstranění překážek jejich obtížné integrace na pracovní trh a to formou získání praktické zkušenosti ze zahraniční stáže a dalších motivačních a vzdělávacích aktivit.
