Projekt se zaměřuje na analýzu efektivity a sociálních dopadů různých systémů pro poskytování veřejných služeb a zajištění veřejného hospodaření v oblastech, kde existuje potenciál pro zaměstnání osob ze sociálně vyloučených lokalit (SVL). Projekt přispívá k tvorbě a aplikaci znalostí a propojuje dosud izolované oblasti řešení dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti a omezené nabídky pracovních příležitostí v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách a problematiky zadávání veřejných zakázek. The project focuses on analysing the effectiveness and social impact of the various systems for providing public services and ensuring public management in areas where there is a potential for employment of people from socially excluded localities (SVL). The project contributes to the creation and application of knowledge and combines so far isolated areas of addressing long-term unemployment and limited job offers in socially excluded localities and public procurement issues.
