Cílem projektu je přispět k podpoře integrace OZP pomocí jejich aktivizace, zvyšování motivace k hledání zaměstnání, zlepšování zaměstnatelnosti a podpory při uplatnění se na trhu práce. Dále pak předcházet dalšímu prodlužování dlouhodobé nezaměst. a s ní spojeným negativním sociálním dopadům. OZP jsou na trhu práce ohroženou skupinou, jelikož jsou vystaveni riziku opakované nezaměst., která může vést v nezaměst. dlouhodobou a v konečném důsledku až osobní degradaci či ohrožení soc. vyloučení.
