Projekt se zaměřuje na snížení lokální nezaměstnanosti, podporu zaměstnatelnosti, rozvoj dovedností a sociálního začlenění účastníků, ve spolupráci s místními aktéry z řad institucí a zaměstnavatelů. Je pro osoby s nevhodnou či žádnou kvalifikací a které jsou z hlediska zaměstnatelnosti v nepříznivé životní situaci (péče o děti, zdraví, snížené dovednosti), jež začlenění dále ztěžuje. Přináší aktivity, jejichž výstupem bude zaměstnaná či zaměstnatelnější osoba méně závislá na sociálním systému. (Czech)

The project focuses on reducing local unemployment, promoting employability, developing skills and social inclusion of participants, in cooperation with local actors from among institutions and employers. It is unsuitable or unqualified for persons who are in an unfavourable situation (childcare, health, reduced skills) from the point of view of employability, which makes inclusion even more difficult. It brings activities whose output will make an employed or more employable person less dependent on the social system. (English)
