Cílem projektu je zvýšení kvality a rozvoj sociální práce ve správním obvodu ORP Žamberk v kontextu sociálního začleňování. Prioritou je podpora rozvoje profesních kompetencí zaměstnanců VS, konkrétně sociálních pracovníků odboru sociálních věcí a zdravotnictví MěÚ Žamberk. Cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím aktivit vzdělávání a supervizí s potenciálem pozitivního vlivu na přímou práci s klienty a aktivit síťování soc. pracovníků napříč institucemi vedoucí k efektivnějšímu výkonu sociální práce.
