Hlavním cílem projektu je vytvoření kvalitativně standardizované, metodické spolupráce s partnery poskytujícími navazující služby za účelem využití aspektů těchto služeb v rámci vlastních soc. služeb pro osoby se zrak. postižením v Plzeňském kraji tak, aby byly poskytovány ve vyšší kvalitě a efektivněji v horizontu 2 let. Výstupem projektu bude metodika case managementu soc. služeb pro osoby se zrak. postižením a procesní audit poskytovatele (žadatele). (Czech)
