Cílem projektu je podpora komplexního spektra činností soc. práce ve vztahu k sociálnímu začleňování soc. vyloučených osob. Realizace bude zajištěna prostřednictvím nástrojů směřujících k rozvoji profesního potenciálu zaměstnanců veřejné správy s cílem dosažení co nejvyšší kvality výkonu sociální práce. Projekt směřuje k rozvoji odbornosti pracovníků profesním vzděláváním, k zajištění výkonu přímé sociální práce pod odbornou supervizí a k tzv. síťování sociálních pracovníků napříč institucemi.
