    Projekt je zaměřen na podporu organizací v procesu transformace v MSK, a to podpořením kvality nově vzniklých služeb, podporou pracovníků v těchto zařízeních, nabídkou metod. vedení a konzultací s exter. odborníkem, ale také se zaměřuje na zvýšení povědomí široké veřejnosti o problematice života osob se zdrav. postižením a probíhající transformací soc. služeb, podporuje systémové změny v poskytování pobyt. soc. služeb v kraji a začlenění osob se zdrav. postižením do běžné společnosti.
