V obci Zákolany dlouhodobě řešíme problémy, které souvisí se sociálním složením venkovského obyvatelstva, nedostatečným vzděláním a špatnou dopravní dostupností. Předčasné odchody do důchodu a evidence na pracovních úřadech se tak staly běžnou praxí. Projekt Chceme práci! nabídne možnost pracovního uplatnění znevýhodněným skupinám obyvatel, zvýší podíl zaměstnaných v obci a zároveň podpoří trh práce. (Czech)
