V projektu se jedná o rekonstrukci historizující budovy v barokním stylu v obci Valeč. Ta vyžaduje kompletní rekonstrukci, aby bylo možné její prostory využít pro nově vzniklé komunitní centrum, jehož založení je jedním ze současných prioritních cílů obce. Cílem KC bude nejen prohlubování sociálních vazeb a zkvalitňování sousedských vztahů regionálních obyvatel, ale především zapojení potenciálně problémových obyvatel (obyvatel z cílových skupin) za účelem sociální integrace.
