Předmětem projektu je vznik nového sociálního podniku v Kunčicích pod Ondřejníkem. Podnik bude zaměstnávat osoby ze znevýhodněných skupin na trhu práce, a to osoby po výkonu trestu nebo osoby opouštějící ústavní výchovu. Jeho posláním bude dále rozvíjet obec a údolí Tichávky a oživovat kulturní i gastronomické tradice. Poslání bude naplněno provozováním vesnické restaurace. Podnikání nebude jen o dobrém, tradičním jídle, ale také o kultuře, vzdělávání a prostoru pro setkávání místních aktérů. (Czech)

The subject of the project is the creation of a new social enterprise in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem. The enterprise will employ people from disadvantaged groups in the labour market, namely those following a sentence or a person leaving constitutional education. Its mission will further develop the village and valley of Tichávka and revive cultural and gastronomic traditions. The mission will be filled with the operation of a village restaurant. Business will not only be about good, traditional food, but also about culture, education and space for meeting local actors. (English)
