Záměr bude realizován v provozovně společnosti Bergasto s.r.o. v obci Přáslavice. Předmětem hodnocení není vyjmenovaný stacionární zdroj ve smyslu přílohy č. 2 zákona č. 201/2012 Sb., o ochraně ovzduší, nýbrž neevidovaný plošný zdroj prašnosti (tzv. fugitivních emisí), který nevyužívá dostatečná technická opatření k jejich snižování. Z hlediska Specifického cíle 2.2. OPŽP se tedy jedná o aktivitu h) Omezování prašnosti z plošných zdrojů. (Czech)
