Předmětem projektu je vzdělávání zaměstnanců společnosti OLMAN SERVICE s.r.o. za účelem zvýšení jejich dovedností a znalostí v oblasti obecného IT, měkkých dovedností, v cizím jazyce, účetnictví a ekonomii a dalších odborných odvětvích, které mají vždy vazbu na jejich pracovní pozici. Celkem bude proškoleno 240 zaměstnanců společnosti žadatele, kdy všichni dosáhnou na minimálně 40 hodin školení. Celkové náklady projektu budou 9 355 960,00 Kč. Celková délka projektu je 24 měsíců.
