Projekt má zajistit řídící a administrativní schopnosti spolku Otevřené zahrady Jičínska z. s. (dále jen MAS). MAS bude moci zabezpečit přípravu, propagaci, realizaci a evaluaci Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje (dále jen SCLLD) pro období 2014 - 2023 na území své působnosti.
