Projekt je zaměřen na vzdělávání 13 zaměstnanců organizace Kancelářská technika LEJKA, s.r.o. Zaměstnanci budou vzdělávání v oblastech:- Obecné IT,- Měkké a manažerské dovednosti,- Účetní, ekonomické a právní kurzy,- Interní lektor.Školení bude rozloženo do 16 měsíců. Výuka vzdělávacích kurzů bude probíhat v některém z okresů Karviná, Frýdek - Místek. Cílem projektu je získání nových dovedností a zkušeností zapojených zaměstnanců, které využijí v následném pracovním procesu. (Czech)
