Téměř všechny společnosti konfrontovány s nutností reagovat na technologické i ekonomické změny. Jak účinně vést, řídit a ovlivňovat zavádění změn do firmy? Jak a zejména čím aktivovat zaměstnance a jejich pochopení? Cílem projektu je propojení požadovaného cílového stavu s nástroji interní komunikace. Projekt přispěje k přenosu posledních metodických poznatků interní komunikace z univerzitního prostředí do praxe o tím přispěje k lepším výsledkům řízení v českých podnicích. a. (Czech)
