Projekt vychází ze Strategického rámce rozvoje eGovernmentu 2014+ a Smart Administration, Strategie rozvoje informačních a komunikačních technologií města Votice. Rozvíjí prostředí pro elektronické zpracování dokumentů MěÚ Votice a sdílení dat napříč organizacemi města. Zajistí bezpečné sdílení dokumentů, možnost základní manažerské kontroly hospodaření společným datovým skladem a doplní infrastrukturu pro uskutečnění záměrů. Cílem je snížení administrativní zátěže občanů i pracovníků MěÚ. (Czech)

The project is based on the Strategic Framework of Development of eGovernment 2014+ and Smart Administration, Strategy for the Development of Information and Communication Technologies of the City of Votice. It develops an environment for electronic processing of documents MěÚ Votice and data sharing across city organisations. It ensures secure document sharing, the possibility of basic managerial control of the management of the common data storage and complements the infrastructure for the realisation of the intentions. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden on citizens and workers of MeÚ. (English)
