Projekt vychází ze skutečnosti, že ve zdroji pitné vody obce Zduchovice dochází k dlouhodobému opakovanému výskytu koncentrace pesticidů, jež převyšují limity stanovené vyhláškou č. 252/2004 Sb. kterou se stanoví hygienické požadavky na pitnou a teplou vodu a četnost a rozsah kontroly pitné vody.Základním cílem projektovaných prací bude zmapovat potenciální zdroje kontaminace území a podzemní vody pesticidy.Majetkoprávní vztahy jsou upřesněny v popisu projektu a PD.
