Projekt se zaměřuje na vytvoření prostředí pro zavedení age managementu v Nadaci Partnerství. Koncept AM je velmi blízký firemní kultuře organizace a komplexnost nového nástroje vnese potřebný systém a propracovanost do personálních procesů v nadaci. Vedle vytvoření strategie a navazujících procesů podpoří i konkrétní opatření jako individuální kariérní a vzděl.plány, vzdělávání, řešení nástupnictví v organizaci, ad. Svou komplexností bude příkladem dobré praxe personálního řízení pro další NNO. (Czech)

The project focuses on creating an environment for the introduction of age management in the Partnership Foundation. The AM concept is very close to the organisation’s corporate culture and the complexity of the new tool will bring the necessary system and sophistication into the staffing processes in the Foundation. In addition to the development of strategy and follow-up processes, it will support specific measures such as individual career and education plans, education, solutions to succession in the organisation, etc. Its complexity will be an example of good practice in personnel management for other NGOs.
