Cílem projektu je zajistit zásobování skup. vodovodu Jičín-Lázně Bělohrad pitnou vodou v dostatečném množství a kvalitě, aniž by bylo nutné dávkovat polyfosfáty. Tyto jsou z hygienického hlediska dlouhodobě nevhodné a z pohledu ekologického velice nežádoucí. Fosfor v pitné vodě přechází do vod odpadních, kde musí být ve zvýšené míře odstraňován. Agresivita vody na ocel a litinu bude upravena provzdušněním a dávkováním kalcinované sody. Dávkování polyfosf. na úpravně bude sníženo až zastaveno. (Czech)
