Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj kvalifikace zaměstnanců členských subjektů AOBP ČR. Vzdělávací kurzy byly vybrány s ohledem na perspektivu rozvoje daného zaměstnance, stejně tak potřebu dalšího kvalifikačního rozvoje z pohledu dané firmy.
