Smyslem předkládaného projektu je získání finančních prostředků z OP Z na podporu podnikového vzdělávání ve společnosti WAY UP s.r.o. Projekt se konkrétně zaměřuje na vzdělávání v oblasti obchodních, manažerských a komunikačních dovedností, odborných znalostí (především z IT oblasti) nutných pro výkon jednotlivých pracovních pozic. Cílovou skupinu tvoří 16 zaměstnanců společnosti. Projekt předkládáme v režimu tzv. podpory de minimis a je koncipován jako regionální v délce realizace 2 let. (Czech)

The purpose of the submitted project is to obtain funds from OP Z to support corporate education in the company WAY UP s.r.o. The project focuses specifically on training in the field of business, managerial and communication skills, expertise (mainly IT) necessary for the performance of individual jobs. The target group consists of 16 employees of the company. The project is presented under the so-called de minimis aid scheme and is designed as a regional project with a duration of 2 years.
